1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes:

Processing times are 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fantan.shop as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Please email support@fantan.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. For details, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to process.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
